How long will my order take to process?
All orders will take 2 to 3 business days to process. We do not ship or deliver on public holidays or weekends.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be significant delays to the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Do I have to pay import charges if I am buying from outside of Singapore?
Yes, any customs and import duties are to be paid by the customer. Vallio is not responsible for any additional customs clearance charges that your order may incur. As every country has their own respective custom policies, please contact your local customs office for more information.
