Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, only replacements for damaged/missing/incorrect items. All sales are final and non-refundable.
There is a damaged/wrong/missing item(s) in my order.
You may request for a replacement if the item(s) received is/are damaged, incorrect or missing. Email us immediately at email@example.com with the title “REPLACE: (ORDER NUMBER) – (FULL NAME)” and provide us details of the issue. We will then advise you on how to proceed. Any damages, defects, missing item(s) or any errors not reported within 7 days of the receipt will not be accepted for replacement. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge.
Please do not dispose of the damaged or incorrect item(s) as you will be asked to send it back in its original packaging. Ensure that the item(s) are securely wrapped in the same or similar packaging in which you receive them. Send the item(s) to the address below:
