How do I know if my order has been processed?
Once you have placed your order, you should receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number. If you have not received it within 1 hour, contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at orders@vallio.co with the title “PROCESS ISSUE: (ORDER NUMBER) – (FULL NAME)” when you do so.
Can I amend my order?
Orders cannot be amended as all sales are final and non-refundable.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 1 to 2 business days before dispatch. You can email us at orders@vallio.co with the title “CANCEL REQUEST: (ORDER NUMBER) – (FULL NAME)” when you do so. We will only refund cancelled orders. Once your item has been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel it or request for a refund.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
We will issue the refund as soon as possible by the original or agreed payment method within 14 working days of the receipt. Please note that we do not refund delivery charges as those are non-refundable.
